Bull Dawg Investigations is owned and operated by Jessie Brown who is a Licensed Private Investigator.
Jessie graduated from Durant Ok high school in 1979. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1980 and served 6 years as an electronics technician in the submarine force with top secret security clearance.
He received an Associates Degree in Science from the University of the State of New York.
He then worked as an electromechanical technician until 1993 with various companies until he opened Liberty Bail Bonds in Sherman Texas in 1993.
Jessie was licensed as a Private Investigator in 1998 and has previously held commissioned security officer and personal protection officer licenses.

David Brown, is a lead investigator at Bull Dawg Investigations. David graduated from Durant Ok, High School. He then entered the U.S. Army as a Code Analyst with the Army Security agency (ASA).
David later graduated from Military Police School where he worked patrol duties, criminal investigations and later executive bodyguard.
Upon leaving the military David worked for Denison Police Department, then onto Grayson County Sheriff's office where he retired in 2006 as a Field Investigator Supervisor as well as a hostage negotiator. He has been a licensed Private Investigator since 2007 with Bull Dawg Investigations.
